Job Duties:

• Resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents through phone, email, walk-up support, and the self-service portal
• Install and maintain computers, software, monitors, docking stations, headsets, and peripherals
• Support printers, conference-room technology, digital signage, and televisions
• Assist with Windows updates, patches, hotfixes, and image-deployment testing
• Escalate incidents and monitor service requests through resolution
• Communicate planned outages and unplanned incident notifications
• Create and maintain technical procedures and knowledge-base articles
• Support manufacturing technologies, including Digital Plant, IMM, PI, MES, and LIMS
• Track IT assets and assist with technology procurement
• Coordinate power, HVAC, fiber, and copper-cabling maintenance requests
• Support network monitoring, change management, incident response, and cybersecurity efforts

Requirements:

• Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
• Knowledge of Windows systems, computer hardware, software, and peripherals
• Familiarity with IT asset management and ticketing systems
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-service skills
• Ability to support IT and operational technology integrations
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
