  • Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (Flexible)
  • Monday-Thursday 4:30 PM-3:00 AM
  • Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday 6:00 AM-6:30 PM

Education Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Welding certificate, technical training, or equivalent experience preferred


Experience Requirements


  • Previous MIG and/or TIG welding experience required
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications
  • Experience using measuring instruments and inspection tools
  • Basic shop math skills including fractions, metric measurements, and positive/negative numbers
  • Computer experience and ability to learn ERP and company software systems
  • Ability to safely operate or learn to operate forklifts and overhead cranes
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship


Job Duties


  • Perform MIG and/or TIG welding, cutting, grinding, and finishing operations
  • Inspect weldments and verify materials are positioned according to specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents
  • Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
  • Move materials using forklifts, overhead cranes, welding tables, and approved equipment
  • Accurately record production and inventory transactions within the ERP system
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures
  • Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and report concerns promptly
  • Assist with training and mentoring team members when needed
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity
  • Meet production deadlines and customer expectations


Physical Capabilities


  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 100% of the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb as needed
  • Ability to work beneath equipment, in confined spaces, and on elevated structures
  • Ability to safely operate welding equipment, forklifts, and overhead cranes
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE
