Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Minimum of 1 year of stand-up forklift experience required Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred Ability to safely operate material handling equipment Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work effectively in a team environment Job Duties Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently Move, store, and retrieve materials within the warehouse Load and unload product as needed Transport pallets to designated warehouse locations Assist with inventory movement and stock rotation Follow warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines Maintain productivity and accuracy standards Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as assigned Physical Capabilities Ability to work in a freezer environment for the duration of the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment in cold temperatures Steel-toe shoes required Freezer gear required and provided as applicable Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
