As a Elite Armed Security Officer - Warehouse Mobile Patrol in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, conducting foot and vehicle patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and responding to concerns with professionalism. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a retail grocery location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter theft, trespassing, and other unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior, document security-related incidents, and communicate concerns to store management and/or emergency responders.
• Carry and maintain an authorized firearm in accordance with Allied Universal policies, licensing requirements, and applicable laws.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least three years of combined law enforcement, corrections, and/or military experience, or at least five years of armed security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a Level III Armed Guard Card.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
