Description and Requirements Position Description This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience developing and evaluating Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions that support Lenovo's Commercial Customer Quality Management organization. The AI Innovation Intern will work alongside Customer Quality Engineers and technical experts to create tools and workflows that help accelerate customer issue resolution, improve engineering productivity, and enhance data-driven decision making. In this role, you will assist in the design, testing, and implementation of AI-powered solutions that analyze engineering data, customer feedback, system logs, defect reports, and troubleshooting information. You will help develop innovative approaches that improve root cause analysis, automate repetitive engineering tasks, generate actionable insights from large data sets, and reduce overall time-to-solution for customer field issues. The position provides exposure to a wide range of technologies, including AI and Generative AI platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), data analytics tools, automation frameworks, and engineering support systems. You will collaborate with a global team of quality, product, and engineering professionals at one of the world's leading technology companies while gaining practical experience applying AI technologies to real-world business challenges.
