Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your quality assurance and safety management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside a dedicated and collaborative team of professionals under the leadership of the Project and Quality Safety Director (PrQSD), driving for customer satisfaction through the project's Safety, Quality assurance by coordinating all quality and safety activities starting at tender stage and throughout the project until contract closure (SQCDP). You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by driving the safety and quality assurance of our projects. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., Project Managers, Engineering, Industrial, Supplier Quality, and Railway Safety teams), coordinate quality and safety activities, and oversee compliance with quality standards, and much more. You'll specifically take care of establishing and implementing the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality and safety standards, but also act as the independent voice of the customer in the project organization, ensuring their expectations are met. Job Location / Mobility Role based in Hornell, NY (USA). This role requires mandatory travel both internationally (to Sahagun, Mexico) and domestically. Base Salary Range: In accordance with New York State law, the anticipated salary range for this position is$95,000 - $115,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, and qualifications. This range reflects the base salary only and does not include bonuses, incentive pay, or other forms of compensation. You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
