Job Summary


We're looking for a Customer Solutions Manager to lead our Customer Solutions team and serve as the primary point of ownership for the customer experience within the local operating unit. This role provides leadership, direction, and coaching to ensure customers receive reliable service, timely communication, and innovative solutions while supporting business growth and operational excellence.



The successful candidate will lead customer-facing operations, develop and mentor a high-performing team, drive process improvements, and strengthen customer relationships to support retention, satisfaction, and long-term revenue growth.

Location: Orangeburg, NY



Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.



What You'll Be Doing



  • Lead and develop the local Customer Solutions team.
  • Deliver a responsive, high-quality customer experience.
  • Drive customer communication, issue resolution, and account support.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer across the organization.
  • Build strong customer relationships that support retention and growth.
  • Lead escalations and coordinate resolution of delivery or quality concerns.
  • Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, and development.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Support quoting, pricing, profitability analysis, and business development efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements and export regulations.
  • Identify growth opportunities and strengthen customer partnerships.



What We're Looking For



  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Leadership experience in customer service, sales, operations, quality, or business development.
  • Aerospace or other highly regulated industry experience.
  • Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and make sound business decisions.
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.



Nice to Have



  • Experience leading customer-facing teams in aerospace manufacturing or MRO environments.
  • Knowledge of contract management and pricing strategies.
  • Experience conducting customer business reviews and performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with export control requirements.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.


The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
