We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to lead Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) initiatives for next-generation server and rack-level systems. This role is responsible for driving manufacturability improvements throughout the EVT and DVT phases, optimizing assembly processes, improving first-pass yield, and ensuring seamless transition to mass production. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in server system integration, root-cause analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and new product introduction (NPI), with additional experience in liquid-cooled rack solutions considered a strong advantage. Salary Range
$100K-$150K The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
