Essential Job Duties
The Irwin Lab is hiring an independent and motivated research technician experienced with live insects, insect reproductive systems, and processing insect cells to optimize and perform quality control of cell counts using automatic cell counting software.

This individual must have at least two years of research experience with live insects and must have prior experience with cell counting software and data optimization. The day to day duties of this position include the optimization of digital images of insect reproductive cells, data input, and the quality control of data.
