Essential Job Duties
The successful candidate will provide laboratory and research support to a Postdoctoral Scientist conducting experiments to evaluate plant drought resilience. Research activities will take place in the greenhouse, field, and laboratory facilities located in Williams Hall.
Primary responsibilities include assisting with the implementation of controlled experiments, maintaining prescribed watering schedules, performing daily weighing of experimental pots, collecting and documenting plant growth and physiological response data, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping throughout the study. The individual will also assist with general laboratory and greenhouse operations as needed to support ongoing research activities.
The position may also involve participation in follow-up studies investigating the environmental conditions influencing trait expression and the physiological mechanisms underlying plant responses to triple superphosphate treatments. The successful candidate will contribute to the collection of high-quality experimental data while adhering to established laboratory, greenhouse, and field research protocols.

Monday: 2p-4p
Tuesday: 2p-4p, Wednesday: 2p-4p, Thursday: 2p-4p, Friday: 2p-4p,
Sometimes on Saturday: 2p-4p, Sunday: 2p-4p,
