Position Summary
The Patient Experience Representative supports the Department of Otolaryngology (ORL) by providing exceptional patient access, scheduling, and administrative support for pediatric and adult patients. This role serves as a key liaison between patients, families, providers, and referring practices, coordinating appointments, managing patient information, and ensuring efficient clinic operations while delivering a high level of customer service and supporting quality patient care. Candidates will be evaluated and placed at Level 1, Level 2 or 3 Level based on experience, competencies, and alignment with career ladder criteria. Level 1- PER I Experience: Entry Level Role - Experience Not Required Salary Range: $19./hr- $27.64/hr
Experience: 1+ Years of Experience Salary Range: $19.83/hr-$29.49/hr
Experience: 2+ Years of Experience Salary Range: $21.47-$33.55
Schedule: M-F.4 days onsite, 1 day from home after training period. This role is eligible for a $2,000 sign on bonus (not eligible for internal candidates and not eligible for former BCH employees who worked here in the past 2 years). The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
