To be considered for this Registered Nurse opportunity, you must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification is required, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is required for acute rehabilitation nursing. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Previous pediatric and/or rehabilitation nursing experience is preferred. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional clinical assessment, communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills, along with experience caring for children with complex medical needs, including tracheostomies, ventilators, enteral feeding devices, central lines, and other specialized equipment. Candidates should be passionate about providing family-centered, rehabilitative care that promotes independence and improves quality of life.
