  • Participate in supplier audits, assessments, and surveillance activities within assigned scope to evaluate supplier compliance with Parker, customer, regulatory, and quality management system requirements, including AS9100, ISO 9001, FAA, defense, or other applicable aerospace requirements.

  • Analyze supplier quality trends using basic statistical tools, SPC concepts, Pareto analysis, and KPI dashboards to identify recurring defects, systemic risks, and opportunities for supplier performance improvement.

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Program Management, and suppliers to support resolution of supplier quality issues that affect production, customer delivery, cost of poor quality, or product reliability.

  • Support supplier change management by reviewing supplier-initiated change notifications, process changes, material changes, source changes, or manufacturing location changes to ensure appropriate quality planning, approvals, and validation activities are completed.

  • Promote a culture of supplier accountability, proactive quality planning, compliance, safety, and continuous improvement across the supply base and internal Parker functions.
