What You'll Do



  • Develop and maintain a strategic feature, product, and channel roadmap, effectively driving group priorities and aligning with business objectives.
  • Lead comprehensive product discovery initiatives, collaborating closely with UX designers, technology teams, and business partners to design and execute experiments that refine and optimize solutions.
  • Craft detailed product stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring they are rooted in deep client understanding, and work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Cultivate a profound understanding of our customers by leveraging data, existing research, and partnering with research teams to initiate new studies and experiments.
  • Engage with external vendors to secure support for various platforms, manage product upgrades, and collaborate on their product roadmaps to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Research, evaluate, and propose cutting-edge technologies and techniques that address the evolving needs of various digital channels.
  • Proactively identify potential risks within current and proposed solutions, recommending effective resolutions, controls, or mitigation strategies, and ensuring appropriate implementation, monitoring, and escalation.
  • Partner with technology teams and vendors to innovate and implement advanced authentication techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal channel partners and other product managers to develop and deploy robust online identity management and authentication processes and systems.
  • Champion the creation of intuitive, easy-to-understand, and widely accepted client experiences.
  • Coordinate with scrum teams and other lines of business to develop and manage comprehensive release plans.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KBIs) and production support metrics, providing insightful reporting on performance.
  • Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with a diverse range of upstream and downstream stakeholders through consistent and transparent communication.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact, offering first-line support to internal stakeholders (including technical support and service teams) and sales staff by addressing client inquiries and resolving escalations.


What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
  • Proven product management experience specifically within online security, authentication, fraud prevention, and/or digital identity.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Superior analytical abilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive desired outcomes.
  • Documented experience working within agile product development methodologies.
  • Experience with user testing and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience within the Financial Services industry.
  • A strong interest and passion for the financial services industry.
  • Comfort and adaptability when navigating ambiguous situations and evolving requirements.
