Our Global E-commerce team is looking for an organized, proactive E-commerce Operations Project Manager to help coordinate day-to-day digital operations across site experience, digital content, and global market asset releases.

In this role, you will serve as a key connector between our Site Experience and Site Content teams. You will handle project tracking, meeting coordination, content brief reviews, and quality assurance to ensure our digital assets and campaign updates launch smoothly across global markets.

If you are a detail-obsessed project coordinator or digital ops specialist looking to own end-to-end e-commerce workflows within the beauty and retail space, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Team Alignment

  • Support daily collaboration between the Site Experience and Site Content teams to keep creative and technical deliverables moving forward.
  • Maintain and update the weekly project tracker, monitoring timelines from initial brief intake through final delivery and QA.
  • Attend key team meetings, capture detailed and actionable meeting minutes, and share prompt follow-ups with all stakeholders.
  • Cross-check creative assets against brief requirements to ensure all specs, feedback, and brand guidelines are met before release.
  • Help identify potential timing bottlenecks and work with team leads to keep projects on track.

Global Operations & Content Support

  • Coordinate Product Detail Page (PDP) setup processes, asset tracking, and content organization within PIM/DAM systems.
  • Help manage workflows for 3D packshots, product textures, product laydowns, and video assets across internal teams and vendors.
  • Keep the global animation calendar up to date to support upcoming campaign rollouts.
  • Act as a reliable day-to-day point of contact for global market asset requests and quality checks.
  • Partner with Technical PMs to help verify that assets match correct site specifications.
  • Conduct periodic site audits and track market trends to support team continuous improvement efforts.
  • Assist with logistics and coordination for internal digital events and forums.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital project coordination, or marketing operations.
  • Industry Background: Familiarity with beauty, fashion, or retail digital environments (DTC, Amazon, Sephora, Ulta) and an understanding of the online customer journey.
  • Global Scope: Exposure to or interest in working with global markets and international teams (APAC experience is a plus).
  • Digital Foundations: Basic understanding of digital content management, site merchandising, and general web operations.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a strong eye for detail, accurate note-taking, and quality control.
  • Soft Skills: Highly collaborative, clear communicator, eager to learn, and comfortable adapting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
