Fahrman Center - Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan Full-Time or Part-Time | 3rd Shift | Eau Claire, WI Schedule: Full-time and part-time options are available. 3rd shift hours are generally 10:00 p.m.-8:00 a.m. on weekdays and 10:00 p.m.-10:00 a.m. on weekends. Specific days and hours will be determined based on full-time or part-time status. Make a Difference Every Day Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is seeking full-time or part-time Adult Residential Support Professionals to join our team at Fahrman Center. Fahrman Center is a 42-bed residential treatment facility providing substance use treatment and restorative justice services for adults in a supportive, recovery-focused environment. As an Adult Residential Support Professional, you'll provide guidance, supervision, and compassionate support to residents while helping create a safe, structured environment that promotes recovery and personal growth. Please Note: Due to contractual requirements with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Fahrman Center must have one male and one female staff member on duty at all times. Work Environment This position is based in a residential treatment setting and requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and using stairs. Employees may assist with outdoor resident activities and seasonal property maintenance.
