Work Schedule: This is a full-time, day shift position. Weekly work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8-4:30pm. Regular weekend rotation and annual holiday assignment. When working you will rotate between Home-Based Hospital Care and onsite at University Hospital, 600 Highland Ave. Madison, WI. Pay: This position may be eligible for a $4,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Home-Based Hospital Care Team! You will: Deliver acute, hospital-level care to patients in their homes using an evidence-based and patient-centered therapy approach. Help patients regain independence, improve daily function, and safely navigate their home setting, reducing hospital stays and improving outcomes. Work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive exemplary care in their home.
