Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, day shift position. Weekly work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8-4:30pm. Regular weekend rotation and annual holiday assignment. When working you will rotate between Home-Based Hospital Care and onsite at University Hospital, 600 Highland Ave. Madison, WI.

Pay:

  • This position may be eligible for a $4,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).
  • Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants
  • Weekend pay differential

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Home-Based Hospital Care Team! You will:

  • Deliver acute, hospital-level care to patients in their homes using an evidence-based and patient-centered therapy approach.
  • Help patients regain independence, improve daily function, and safely navigate their home setting, reducing hospital stays and improving outcomes.
  • Work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive exemplary care in their home.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy Required
Work Experience
  • 2 years prior relevant experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required
