Position Title: Welder
Wage: $22.00 - $29.00/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 3:30pm - 3:30am (Monday - Thursday) Are your skills not being fully utilized? Reach your maximum potential by working with QPS! Welder Responsibilities: - Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal materials - Set up welding equipment and fixtures for production jobs - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately - Fabricate and assemble metal components to precise tolerances - Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards - Maintain a clean and safe work environment - Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines Requirements for Welder: - Proven experience as a MIG/TIG Welder/Fabricator - Strong setup and fixture experience - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - High level of workmanship and attention to detail - Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment Please be prepared for our AI recruiter to ask these mandatory questions: - Can you describe your experience with MIG and TIG welding, including the types of metals and materials you have worked with? - Tell me about your experience setting up welding equipment, fixtures, and jobs for production.
