Position Title: Shipping
Wage: $18.00/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 2:00pm - 10:00pm Reached a dead end at your current job? Check out how this position can create a new path! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Shipping position at a company in Manitowoc, WI. This is a potential to hire position for 2nd shift, apply today! Shipping Responsibilities: - Handle and process materials into and out of the area - Operate all equipment in the Materials area. - Identify the destination of materials being shipped and ensure proper shipping containers are used. - Familiar with receiving methods and be able to interface with other departments to ensure proper receipt and disbursement of materials - Process, evaluate, measure, document, and assist with improvement on a continuous basis - Participate in department and process team activities and projects Requirements for Shipping: - Able to use measuring instruments such as caliper or a scale - High School Diploma or GED - Previous industrial experience is plus - Able to lift up to 25lbs on a regular basis - Able to bend/twist at waist/arms - Able to stand for 8+ hours daily - Able to withstand humid weather during summer months IND043 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
