Position Title: Digital Label Production
Wage: $18.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 5:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Thursday) QPS Employment is seeking Machine Operating candidates for a printing company in Mayville! This is a 1st shift opportunity and enjoy a three-day weekend with this Monday - Thursday position. Apply today to get started! Digital Label Production Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain all pieces of equipment in the label production process: the laminator, scorer/slitter, shear, and the digital printer - Setup digital printer for jobs - Utilize company's CompuColor coding label technology and system - Color matching of labels to ensure quality and accuracy - Download labels on computer Requirements for Digital Label Production: - High School Diploma preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience - Experienced PC knowledge and the ability to work with Windows 10 or higher - Strong mechanical ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment preferred - Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with an ever-changing number of variables relating to the types of labels being produced - Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
