Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 4 AM - 2:30 PM + OT on Fridays

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read work instructions, complete production documentation, and follow quality procedures.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is a plus.


Experience Requirements



  • Previous robotic welding experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production or factory environment.
  • Ability to monitor production output while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
  • Experience completing production, quality, scrap, and traceability documentation preferred.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
  • Ability to work effectively with team members, supervisors, and production leadership.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices and quality control procedures.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, stretching, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity required.
  • Must wear steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and other required PPE.


Job Duties



  • Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment to meet or exceed production goals.
  • Monitor machine operation and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Complete production paperwork including quality reports, timekeeping records, scrap reports, and traceability documentation.
  • Remove materials from containers, process products according to specifications, and place finished goods into designated containers.
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and productive work area.
  • Communicate effectively with production coordinators, supervisors, and team members regarding production and quality issues.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Assist with additional production and manufacturing duties as assigned.
