Tax Manager/Director, High Net Worth Individuals

CLA is looking to hire a Tax Director or Manager to join CLA Florida's High Net Worth Individuals and Family Office Tax team. You'll have the opportunity in this role to work with our clients as you progress in your inspired career. This is an in-office position based out of any of our Florida offices: Fort Myers, Naples, Tampa, Lakeland, or Orlando, with a preference for one of our Southwest FL offices.

How you'll create opportunities in this Tax Manager/Director role:

• Consult with our HNW clients on strategic tax planning for both themselves, their family, and their privately held investments.
• Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements.
• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Foster and build opportunities for our clients, communities, and people.
• Become an industry professional and attend industry-leading events and trainings.
• Perform a range of tax procedures in accordance with the size and complexity of the engagement.
• Review complex HNW personal tax returns as well as any partnership, pass-thru, or S-corp returns that may be owned by these clients.

What you will need:

• You have a minimum of 6 years of experience serving in a tax role with public accounting and/or professional services firm.
• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• You have an active JD, CPA, or EA certification.
