Overview Nakupuna Consulting is looking to hire a Program Analyst to help support our Navy Bureau of Medicine & Surgery (BUMED) BUILDER DMLSS/LogiCole Readiness Support Project Team (Team Nakupuna). The candidate will report directly to our Program Manager (PM) and be responsible for the successful execution of the project and provide overall management support of Team Nakupuna staff ensuring alignment, growth, and exceptional client support. Responsibilities The following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this position, but management may assign additional duties and responsibilities at any time. Specific duties include:
Provides support for BUMED medical readiness facility portfolio to include building queries, reports, and analysis of data from Naval Facilities Systems Engineering Command's (NAVFAC) and/or Marine Corps MAXIMO and eProjects systems to track the status of work and projects related to BUMED's facility portfolio.
Qualifications Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Program Management Analyst position must possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proven track record in program support within a similar domain. They should have comprehensive knowledge of DMLSS-FM, BUILDER, iNFADS, and other CMMS systems like NAVFAC MAXIMO and NAVFAC eProjects. Familiarity with performing analysis and using software for reporting (examples MS Lists, PowerBI, MS Excel). The candidate must be adept at coordinating complex tasks and activities across multiple regions and divisions, demonstrating exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with government representatives, contractors, and various stakeholders. Expertise in developing and implementing contract management plans, quality control processes, and performance metrics is essential. The ability to provide effective training and support, both on-site and remotely, is crucial. Additionally, the candidate should have strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and implement efficient automated solutions. Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and maintaining comprehensive documentation is required, along with the flexibility to travel as necessary and manage multiple projects concurrently. A background in facilities management and familiarity with Navy Medicine operations will be highly advantageous. Education & Experience: This position requires a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree or comparative years of professional experience in project management, or a similar field. Clearance Requirements:Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a government-issued CAC and possess a Secret security clearance. The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $90,000.00 to $95,000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees. | |||||||||
