Rate of Pay and Work Schedule
The starting wage for this position is $25.00 an hour. This is a night shift position, but training may be required on other shifts. Our Team
Key Responsibilities * Operate assigned machine safely and efficiently, achieving quality and productivity goals. * Individual visually analyzes the safety, production, quality, and flow process. * Makes specific operational decisions based on pre-determined quality and production standards. * Perform and/or facilitate the coordination of functions necessary for Green End operation. * Help mentor new employees to meet/exceed production goals. * Adhere to operating SOP's. * Identify and troubleshoot flow problems. * Should be self-motivated, a team player and show initiative & reliability. * Complete necessary reports.
