As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Alarm Review in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will communicate professionally, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $17.68 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, common areas, and perimeter boundaries to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, documenting incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations in required reports.
• Communicate professionally with property personnel, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related incidents and operational concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
