POSITION OVERVIEW The Department Maintenance Manager is responsible for providing maintenance leadership for multiple platform maintenance team as well as ownership for reliability metrics, budget adherence, and Asset Care Strategy progression. The Department Maintenance Manager is responsible for direct reports, including but not limited to Maintenance Asset Care Leaders, Maintenance Capability Specialists, General Mechanics, Lead Mechanics, and Control Technicians. This position requires considerable interaction with plant floor personnel, Site Maintenance & Reliability Manager, engineering, external support partners, and vendors. This opening is for 7am-3pm, Monday through Friday (hours may fluctuate and flexibility is needed based on business needs). KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Food and Human Safety Leadership (15%)

Foundational Systems (10%)
Manufacturing information and data for decision making Production system knowledge and metrics Maximo data integrity and adherence to Maximo standards Owns Planned Maintenance Pillar locally and provides leadership to ensure that Maintenance Team Leaders and Planners develop an Equipment Reliability Program that incorporates the 12 systems of Planned Maintenance Assist with capital planning and project implementationcoordinationforthedepartment Responsible for MaintenanceDepartmentbudgetand drivesaccountability through the team Develop and lead all necessary department shut-down activities Coach and developAsset Care Leaders, Maintenance Capability Specialists, and others on theuse of foundational systems Develop expertise in the maintenance organization on all electricalandcontrols platforms
Sustaining Performance and Improving Results (15%)
Establish maintenance prevention specifications to ensure the plant and equipment is reliable and easily maintained Responsible forall department maintenance metrics andthe maintenance team's adherence to improvement Ensure alldepartmentimprovement action plans are compliantwith standards set forth by the FDA, OSHA, EPA, HAACP, and any other governing agencies/entities by which we manage our business Application of predictive maintenance technology to increase reliability and increase planned maintenance activity

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma 4+years ofmanufacturing,frontline leadership, ortechnical leadershipexperience Demonstrated leadership and working in a highly collaborative environment Success in driving results through process and teamwork Understanding of the steps to reduce losses and improve performance in a manufacturing setting Demonstrated technical capability and knowledge of unit operations and machinery (at least one production platform) Foundationalknowledgeof data analysissystems (examples: SAP, Maximo, Manufacturing Analytics, MQIS)and decision makingfor results Experience in maintenance, reliability, and manufacturing Strong computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications Must have good understanding and a broad range of experience in the following areas:
Materials: metals, plastics, elastomers, composites, coatings, etc. Fabrication methods: welding, machining, surface treatment, etc. Engineering skills: reading prints, measuring, and specifying Fastening and joining: methods and materials Mechanical, electrical system knowledge Lubrication principles
Knowledge of the skill level of different crafts Craft worker experience or very strong knowledge of craft duties and capabilities Able to lead cross functionally through influence Able to achieve technical mastery of equipment and develop it in others Practical knowledge of Maximoand Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Understanding of maintenance andreliability performance metrics
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree (Technical/Science/Engineering/Mechatronics preferred) 6+ years of manufacturing, frontline leadership, or technical leadership experience CMRP, MLTI certifications

SALARY RANGE The salary range for this position is: $82,400 - $123,800 Annual
