Position Summary Odyssey is looking for a Senior Product Management Support (Team Lead) to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA), located at Ft. Detrick, MD. This role oversees acquisition program management and business operations for the Warfighter Readiness Performance and Brain Health (WRPBH) division. This leader will guide day-to-day medical product development activities, ensuring adherence to DoD acquisition policies and optimizing business processes. ***Contingent upon contract award*** Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to:
Lead the PMO team, coordinate day-to-day medical product development activities, and provide training and oversight of established procedures.
***Contingent upon contract award*** Qualifications Minimum Required Qualifications: Citizenship: Must be a US citizen. Clearance: Ability to Obtain Secret. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Years of Experience: At least 8 years of full-time work experience in DoD acquisition program management and business operations. Other Requirement:
Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Prior experience in process improvement and business operations optimization within a defense or healthcare setting.
