Responsibilities
Group Recruiter Opportunity - Michigan BH Hospitals The Group Recruiter is a key member of Universal Health Services (UHS) Human Resources and Recruitment team in MI. This is a mostly remote position supporting multiple inpatient behavioral health hospitals in Western Michigan (Facilities surrounding Grand Rapids). Some travel to facilities and feeder programs will be required. The Group Recruiter provides professional talent acquisition services for assigned clinical and non-clinical positions across several UHS facilities within a specified market. A primary focus of this position will be nurse recruitment for various shifts. Can perform full life cycle recruiting and maintain positive relationships with HR departments, hiring managers, candidates, and new hires. Develop recruitment techniques, strategies and action plans to efficiently support recruitment workload. Partner with the HR Directors and senior operators at each facility regarding recruitment initiatives, including hosting and attending career events and professional association networking. To be successful in this role, the candidate should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies, nurture collaborative relationships with various feeder sources, and engage with desired talent.
