Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree, technical training, manufacturing coursework, or leadership development training is preferred.


Experience Requirements


  • Minimum of 2 years of production and safety experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.


Job Duties


  • Lead daily food production operations, including processing, packaging, shipping, sanitation, and inventory activities.
  • Create production schedules and ensure products meet customer specifications and production goals.
  • Train, coach, and cross-train employees on safety procedures, operational processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Promote workplace safety by conducting daily safety meetings and addressing unsafe conditions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with sales and production teams.
  • Support audits, product recalls, and compliance with GMP, HACCP, USDA, FSIS, and OSHA standards.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Review employee timecards and assist with staffing and workforce development.
  • Mentor production leads and support employee growth opportunities.


Physical Capabilities


  • Ability to work in a food production environment.
  • Capable of standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility for extended periods.
  • Ability to respond quickly to production and safety concerns.
