Are you a detail-oriented finance or billing professional who enjoys bringing structure, accuracy, and follow-through to project work? We are looking for a Project Billing and Financial Operations Analyst to support service-related projects through accurate project setup, customer invoicing, expense monitoring, and financial operations support. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in billing, invoicing, project accounting, finance operations, or ERP-based project administration who is ready to grow in a collaborative, process-focused environment. In this role, you will help ensure service projects are set up correctly, invoices are accurate and timely, expenses are properly reviewed, and records are maintained to support reporting, audit readiness, and internal controls. You will partner with project managers, operations teams, and finance to resolve questions, improve processes, and keep projects moving efficiently. The ideal candidate brings a strong attention to detail, a customer-service mindset, and a few years of hands-on experience supporting billing, invoicing, project accounting, finance operations, or project administration. An Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required.
