What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial or business partner capacity. Proficiency in HRIS systems, talent management, and data-driven decision making. Strong understanding of labor laws, organizational development, and change management. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset. How Success Is Measured Timely delivery of HR projects and achievement of strategic goals.
