Inventory Control Analyst

Kratos Space has an exciting opportunity in Colorado Springs, CO, for an Inventory Control Analystwith the following job responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse inventory activity
• Conduct cycle counts on an ongoing basis
• Conduct inventory picks to satisfy job demand and issuance to projects or other customers
• Ensure timely issuance of materials
• Organize the warehouse and all related inventory
• Analyze inventory for write down, scrap, proper categorization, storage, etc. and execute related processes
• Conduct cycle counts and keep accurate records for inventory stored at off site locations and with contract manufacturers
• Reconcile inventory records with contract manufacturer and work with buyer(s) to ensure full systemic reconciliation
• Communicate inventory needs with customers and management
• Work expertly in the ERP system and Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
• Responsible for minimizing loss
• Thoroughly investigate discrepancies
• Cooperation with internal and external audits, ensuring warehouse procedures are fully followed at all times
• Process project returns in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory value
• Provide inventory reports to management when needed
• Ensure all inventory transactions are properly executed and traceable
• Able to work independently after proper training
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Provide back up support for Receiving
• Execute other duties as assigned

• 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3 years working with production inventory
• 3 years working with complex scheduling and competing priority deadlines
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Complete understanding of Epicor ERP system

Preferred Skills and Experience

• 5-7 years experience in above
• Bacheloris Degree preferred

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Competitive salary based on experience and education
Salary Range: $58,000-$68,000
