As our Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our units meet company quality expectations and customer requirements. You will focus on delivery, proper setup, safety, quality, and compliance standards while helping ensure a positive customer experience.
This position requires travel, so flexibility and a willingness to travel between locations are essential.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Meet all safety standards by abiding by all transportation laws, company policies, and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Conduct thorough inspections and verifications of equipment and facilities to ensure they meet cleanliness and functionality standards.
- Responding to customer complaints by delivering new units or cleaning units if required.
- Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Maintains detailed reports of QA activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
- Delivers products to new/existing customers.
- Facilitate clear and effective feedback to leadership regarding technicians' results to ensure adherence to established protocols and to address any immediate concerns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve sanitation-related issues and complaints promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and continuously update sanitation procedures and schedules to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Collaboration with other departments, which involves participating in production meetings, providing training on quality standards, and guidance on best practices for maintaining product quality.
- Updates unit lists and locations, maps, and routes assigned, providing feedback to the routing team.
Required Skills/Abilities

Education and Experience
- Valid driver's license and 3 yrs. and a clean driving record.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 21 years old
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in QA or a similar role is preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Able to move freely through construction sites and other uneven terrain, including stairs.
- Must be able to lift 25-75 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to stretch, pull, climb, and crawl as required to access units.
- Must be able to read, write, communicate on the telephone, computer, and email.
