Goodwill of Colorado is a Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) eligible employer. JOB SUMMARY: Be part of the final step in bringing construction projects to life. You'll transform newly built spaces into clean, polished, and welcoming environments ready for occupancy. Responsibilities: Vacuum carpets, vents, and other surfaces to remove dust and debris. Sweep floors, basements, garages, and other designated areas. Dust, wash, and polish surfaces to ensure a clean, finished appearance. Clean and sanitize tubs, showers, toilets, and other restroom fixtures. Remove jobsite trash and construction debris safely and efficiently. Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds as needed. Operate pressure washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces and designated areas. Perform additional cleaning, maintenance, and support duties as assigned. Qualifications: Reliable transportation with valid DL & insurance Computer & Mobile (Smart) phone w/internet access Proper identity and work authorization documents Strong/Flexible work ethic - Must be dependable, honest, detailed oriented, on-time Ability to work between the hours of M-F 8-5 with some flexibility outside of those hours. Prior cleaning/construction experience preferred but not mandatory Flexibility, an eye for detail and a strong "team" attitude are just as important to us.
