What You Will Experience in This Role:

CAMP Systems is seeking a data-driven Business Process Specialist to optimize the processes, systems, and reporting that support our Aircraft Health Management (AHM) Sales organization.

In this role, you'll partner with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and IT to improve workflows, enhance CRM processes, develop reporting, and identify opportunities to increase efficiency across the customer lifecycle. You'll serve as the operational bridge between Sales and Operations, ensuring teams have the tools, data, and processes needed to deliver an outstanding customer experience and support continued business growth.

Responsibilities:

Sales Operations & Process Improvement:



  • Support day-to-day sales operations, including onboarding, ownership transfers, quoting, pipeline management, and customer engagement.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to improve workflows, resolve process issues, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary resource for process-related questions across Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Operations.
  • Support sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota administration.


Process Documentation & Systems:



  • Design, document, and improve standardized business processes across HubSpot, Acumatica, and related business systems.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, training materials, and workflow maps.
  • Partner with IT to improve system functionality, data integrity, and process automation.
  • Define and monitor service level metrics and operational standards.


Reporting & Analytics:



  • Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure pipeline health, productivity, turnaround times, customer service metrics, and operational performance.
  • Produce regular reporting that highlights trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyze business data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:



  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Operations to streamline the end-to-end customer lifecycle.
  • Ensure accurate order processing, subscription management, and CRM data quality.
  • Lead or support cross-functional process improvement initiatives that improve scalability and customer experience..


You have:



  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Process Improvement, or Customer Operations.
  • Experience administering CRM and ERP platforms such as HubSpot and Acumatica (or similar systems).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success documenting, improving, and implementing business processes.
  • Experience supporting sales teams and customer-facing operations.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.


Nice to Have:



  • Experience in a SaaS, subscription, or aviation technology environment.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate or HubSpot Workflows.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and business processes.
