What You Will Experience in This Role:

We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive with a strong background in aviation to drive global sales of our industry-leading aviation software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing strategic accounts, and cultivating long-term relationships with operators, OEMs, and maintenance providers worldwide. You'll leverage your aviation knowledge and network to identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close complex deals in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Responsibilities:



  • Uncover business needs, technical requirements, and the buyer's purchasing process.
  • Understand and position our solution in a competitive environment
  • Ask technical questions and initiate detailed product discussions
  • Uncover customer needs beyond what may have been initially obvious to the prospect
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales lead generation, qualification, and revenue quotas
  • Achieving required customer engagement activity metrics
  • Develop and maintain sales pipeline
  • Provide an accurate forecast
  • Document activity accurately in CRM
  • Educate customers on product functionality through conversations, demos, and presentations
  • Follow up on uncovered sales opportunities


You have:



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation (e.g., maintenance, operations, flight ops, avionics, sales, or software)
  • Proven success in outside sales, account management, or business development, preferably in aviation tech/SaaS
  • Deep understanding of aircraft systems, MRO operations, or fleet management practices
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage a global territory and work independently
  • Familiarity with aviation compliance and regulatory bodies (FAA, EASA, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience with large cabin aircraft preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in aviation, business, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience with government procurement preferred
