Position Title: Production Associate
Wage: $16.50-$17.50 per hour Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Now Hiring: Production Associates in Fond du Lac! Join a fast-paced bakery production team helping prepare dough, fillings, and finished products. Production Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assist with placing dough on the production line to maintain proper flow and consistency. - Refill flour sifters as needed to support continuous dough production. - Work with fillings, including portioning and preparing them for production. - Assist with smashing and shaping dough according to product specifications. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area. - Place finished sheet pans onto racks and ensure they are handled properly. Production Associate Requirements: - Standing for 10+ hours. - Lifting up to 30 lbs. - Working in warm conditions. - Working in a fast-paced environment.
