Position Title: QC Inspector Pipe
Wage: $52,000-$72,800/year Shift: 2nd Hours: 5:00pm-3:00am QPS Employment Group is hiring a QC Inspector Pipe for a company in Kaukauna, WI. This is a direct hire opportunity on 2nd shift. QC Inspector Pipe Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Read and understand blueprints and specifications - Conduct visual inspections - Conduct other QC operations in compliance with customer specifications - Monitor/observe operations to ensure compliance of production specifications - Perform, monitor, and record test data - Prepare test reports - Identify and record any product quality problems - Report inspection results to QC Manager QC Inspector Pipe Requirements: - Minimum high school graduate or equivalent - Excellent documentation skills - Attention to detail/thoroughness/neatness - Ability to read a ruler - Good math skills, working with dimensions - Mechanically inclined - Thorough, accurate, and timely reporting - Excellent communication skills - Excellent attendance - Self-motivated; ability to work independently - Ability to work with diverse groups and handle situations appropriately - Ability to work 9-10 hours on feet - Ability to lift 30-50 pounds, squat, twist, bend, climb ladders, etc. - Use basic office equipment (e.g., multiline phone, computer, copier, fax, scanner, etc.), vehicles (e.g., automotive, truck) IND999 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
