Position Title: Shipping & Receiving
Wage: $21.00-$23.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm QPS Employment Group is hiring for a Shipping & Receiving role for a company in Oak Creek, WI. This is a potential to hire opportunity on 1st shift. Shipping & Receiving Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Receive, inspect, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy - Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for domestic and international shipments - Prepare packing lists, Bills of Lading, and other shipping documentation - Load and unload trucks and containers using warehouse equipment - Enter shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions into the ERP system - Pull materials for production and replenish floor stock as needed - Perform cycle counts, inventory organization, and basic product inspections - Request freight quotes, schedule shipments, and coordinate with carriers - Operate forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment safely - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while working with customer service, accounting, and production teams Shipping & Receiving Requirements: - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds - Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift - Ability to safely operate forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment - Ability to use measuring tools and perform basic product inspections - Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
