The
Federal Work Study Program is designed to provide financial aid resources through part-time employment for students having documented financial need for assistance in meeting their educational expenses. The program must be a supplement to existing aid for students, thereby increasing part-time job opportunities throughout the campus.

Job Description: Provide general administrative and clerical support for the Advising Center/Bronco One Stop. Duties may include answering phones, greeting and directing students, scheduling appointments, filing and organizing documents, data entry, scanning and copying materials, preparing office supplies and materials, assisting with student outreach, and supporting special projects and events. The student must maintain professionalism, provide excellent customer service, and protect the confidentiality of student information.

Job Description: The Bronco One Stop Student Worker provides frontline customer service and administrative support to students, families, and campus visitors. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering general questions, directing students to appropriate university offices and resources, assisting with basic enrollment-related inquiries, answering telephone calls, and supporting daily office operations. The student worker will help maintain an organized and welcoming environment, assist with special projects and outreach activities, and provide general clerical support.

Job Description: The Student Success Ambassador will support the Office of Student Success by assisting with outreach, engagement, and programming efforts aimed at promoting student success, persistence, and a sense of belonging on campus. This position is ideal for students who are passionate about helping others thrive and are interested in communication, event planning, and peer engagement.
Job requirements: Assist with creating and posting engaging social media content promoting student success initiatives, workshops, and events. Capture photos and videos and develop flyers, graphics, and reels using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools. Support planning and facilitating student events, including setup, sign-in, promotion, and attendee engagement. Participate in tabling, classroom visits, and outreach activities to increase awareness of student success services. Serve as a positive peer representative, encourage student participation, and collect feedback. Must be dependable, organized, creative, comfortable engaging with students, and possess strong communication skills.
Relevant Majors: Preferred majors, communication and Media Studies, Business (Marketing), Visual Arts, Psychology, Sociology but all majors welcomed.
