Job Duties Operateconventional and CNC production machines, including (but not limited to): winders, milling machines, drill presses, broaches, lathes, saws, grinders, and welders Perform finishing work such assanding and deburring to meet quality standards Apply knowledge ofmaterial hardness, tooling selection, cutting speeds/feeds, coolant requirements, and machining techniques Ensure all work meetsquality, safety, and production standards Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a safetyfocused manufacturing environment Requirements High School Diploma or GED Prior experience as aCNC Machinist or similar machining role Familiarity withmultiple CNC machines and control systems Solid understanding ofCNC programming and machining techniques Strongattention to detail, quality mindset, and safety awareness Preferred Qualifications 2-4 years of hands-on machining experience Welding knowledge is a strong plus Experience working in amanufacturing or production environment Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
