The Job at a Glance As the Inbound Manager (Internally known as Manager, OEM Parts Wrangler) you will drive department initiatives through planning, organizing, controlling, and directing the Inbound operation. You will coordinate team members to generate a smooth workflow, spearhead quality goals, manage team schedules, and build a daily staffing plan based on volume, and labor projections. You will be a superior team-builder through coaching and developing team members, planning daily activities, making on-the-floor decisions to eliminate operational constraints and bottlenecks, and leading process improvement efforts. The salary range for this role is $68,361.61- $102,123.53 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
