POSITION SUMMARY: The Development Analyst supports the execution of multifamily real estate development and acquisition projects from initial opportunity through construction, stabilization, and final conversion. Working within small project teams alongside Development Associates and Project Partners, this position performs financial analysis, supports the structuring and closing of project financing, coordinates due diligence and entitlement activities, and assists with construction oversight and asset transition. The Development Analyst develops broad working knowledge across acquisitions, financial modeling, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), debt and equity financing, architecture, civil engineering, entitlements, construction, and property operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical ability, take ownership of assigned workstreams, identify and communicate potential issues, and help move projects forward throughout the development lifecycle.
