Role Overview The Artwork Process System Administrator supports the client's packaging artwork ecosystem by managing and optimizing the artwork management and workflow platform (e.g., Mediabox). This role is responsible for ensuring the system effectively supports end-to-end packaging workflows-from project setup through approvals and final release-while enabling seamless collaboration across Marketing, Regulatory, Packaging, and external partners. The position will focus on user onboarding & training, system support, workflow optimization, and leading new feature enhancements to continuously improve how the client's teams manage artwork and approvals. This is a part-time role, integrated with the broader SGx / onsite team supporting the client. Key Responsibilities System Administration & Workflow Management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $65 USD - $75 USD hourly. Strong understanding of the packaging artwork lifecycle, including approvals and regulatory considerations (required)
