Summary:

The Contingent Worker Specialist manages the full lifecycle of contingent workers across the organization. This role ensures accurate administration of contingent workforce data, regulatory compliance, vendor coordination, and cost reporting.

The position serves as the primary subject-matter expert for contingent worker processes and systems, collaborating with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, IT, Finance, legal partners, and external vendors to ensure effective workforce utilization and governance.

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Workforce Administration, or related field is required.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing data-driven processes and sensitive information.

  • High school diploma is required.
