THE OPPORTUNITY

Element manages some of the largest and most complex commercial fleets in the world. But our opportunity with clients goes well beyond managing vehicles.

As fleets become more connected, data-driven and technology-enabled, our clients are looking for a partner who can help them lower costs, improve productivity, manage risk and rethink how their fleets operate.

As a Relationship Manager, you will own a portfolio of important Element clients and be accountable for the health, retention and growth of those relationships. You will know your clients' businesses, understand what matters to their executives and bring the best of Element to solve their problems.

This is not a customer-service role and it is not simply account administration. It is a commercial leadership role for someone who wants to build trusted executive relationships, find opportunities others miss and turn strong client relationships into measurable business growth.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• The overall relationship, retention and commercial growth of your assigned client portfolio.
• Executive relationships with the people who influence fleet, finance, procurement, operations and strategy.
• A clear account strategy for every major client: where we are today, where the opportunity lies and how we will grow the relationship.
• Renewals, pricing discussions, expansion opportunities and the introduction of relevant Element products and services.
• A strong understanding of each client's business priorities, fleet economics and operational challenges.
• Accurate visibility into opportunities, risks and expected growth through disciplined use of Salesforce.
• The internal team required to deliver for the client - bringing together Operations, Product, Consulting, Sales, Finance and other Element capabilities when needed.

• You consistently identify opportunities to increase value for the client and expand Element's relationship - through additional services, geographies, products or capabilities.
• You anticipate renewal and relationship risks before they become problems.
• And you make Element easier to do business with by taking ownership, navigating the organization and getting things done.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You are commercially minded, curious, and comfortable dealing with senior executives.
• You ask good questions, understand how businesses make money, and can translate a client's problem into an actionable solution.
• You have successfully managed and grown complex B2B relationships, ideally with large enterprise customers.
• You are comfortable discussing pricing, contracts, financial trade-offs and business cases - not simply service levels.
• You can influence across an organization without relying on hierarchy, and clients trust you because you do what you say you will do.
• Most importantly, you take ownership. When something matters to your client, you see it through.
• Experience in fleet, mobility, transportation, financial services, technology or another complex B2B services environment is helpful, but not essential. We are more interested in what you have accomplished and how you think.

COMPENSATION

The hiring base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $132,000 annually. This range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the expected base salary at the time of posting. Salary ranges may vary based on the geographic location where the work is performed. The salary range listed in this posting applies only to the location identified. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the successful candidate's qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience, internal pay equity, and relevant market data. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in annual incentive programs, including bonuses, commissions, or other incentive compensation, as applicable to the role. Element also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings plans.
