Add to Favorite Jobs Email this Job Department: Kellogg Student Life - E/We About the Position The Assistant Director, Student Experience serves as a key liaison between students, student leaders, and the broader Kellogg community, driving engagement through student clubs, the Kellogg Student Association (KSA), and student events as central components of the Kellogg student experience. This role supports the unique needs of Weekend students while partnering closely on the remote student experience strategy. The position also leads strategy, planning, and engagement for Evening and Weekend student government and more than 20 student clubs and organizations at Kellogg's Chicago campus, including budget oversight, leader development, training, and club management resources. Additionally, the Assistant Director manages the contract process for EWMBA students and school-related events and programs. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building, professionalism, customer service, communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a world-class student experience. Please note: This position will work at least two weekends per quarter as part of the Student Experience team representation as well as CIM each quarter. Some evenings will also be required for CIM and other student programs. Specific Responsibilities: KSA/Club Strategy

Target hiring range for this position will be $68,000 - $73,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
