- You will plan
and implement internal communications to increase effectiveness of business and people processes - Support
local site community and public relations initiatives, including implementation and communication - Develop
and implement a sitewide communications plan, with the objective of building understanding and educating employees on topics of business interest. This process includes assessing existing communications methods and developing improvement plans and strategies, as required - Further, you will support
development and creation of internal communication programs and materials. Streamline and simplify communications content to ensure information is concise and easy to understand for employees and stakeholders - Collaborate
with leadership, HR and site teams to provide ongoing support to the business on people related processes - Provide
communications and event planning support to employee-led resource groups. - And you will support
content management for intranet and digital signage - Learn
and abide by the Linde Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct. Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all communications, actions and decisions
What makes you great
- You have a bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or related field
- One
(1) to three (3) years of relevant experience - Proactive
self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a part of a team - Strong
ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure - You have strong
interpersonal and communication skills that enable effective collaboration with diverse internal and external teams to gather information and align messaging - Proven
command of editorial and grammatical writing skills and techniques, and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines - Keen
attention to detail; criticalthinking skills; flexibility; strong organizational skills enabling effective oversight of multiple initiatives; and a desire to learn and grow - Strong
aptitude in organizing and presenting complex information in a manner that is appropriate for and useful to the target audience - You have proficiency
in developing messages and other written communications for multiple stakeholders - Effective
project management, planning, and problem-solving skills - Awareness
of visual communication principles to ensure content is clear, engaging, and easy for employees to understand - An
employee-experience mindset that considers how communications influence engagement, inclusion, and overall site culture - Proficient
using MS Office, SharePoint, Canva - Demonstrated
ability to quickly learn, adopt, and utilize new technologies and tools
