What you will enjoy doing*
- You will provide administrative support to the National Electronics Operations Support team and National Electronics Operating Region
- Serve as the primary contact for Phoenix customer badging requirements, including process ownership, updates, and execution
- Compile month-end and quarterly reports to support management
- And you will assist management with ad hoc reporting, budgeting cost identification, and limited project management
- Maintain national Electronics vendor and agreement records
- Manage gate access for Electronics Operations sites
- Further, you will add technical documentation to GDMS, maintain version control, and assign document numbers in accordance with Linde practices
- Maintain and organize the Electronics Operations Support site page
- Coordinate travel and lodging for international visitors as required
- Perform additional ad hoc duties as required
- And you will work in both office and field environments as needed
- Travel domestically approximately ten percent (10%)
- Maintain occasional off-hours availability by laptop and cell phone
What makes you great
- You have five (5+) years of experience in an assistant role within an industrial manufacturing environment
- Basic project management experience, including developing tools for internal KPI tracking
- Strong communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and on cross-functional teams
- A self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and achieve results with minimal supervision
- You are proficient with computers and standard software packages, including Microsoft Office and email
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience, preferred
