Celestar, a B&A company, has an IMMEDIATE NEED and is actively seeking a Specialized Administrative & Program Support Specialist to perform duties in Linthicum, MD. If interested and qualified, we welcome you to apply for this challenging opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Records and file management
• Employee in- and out-processing
• Assist in managing DOD, DSS, and local office policies and programs
• Support the field office chief in scheduling
• Correspondence drafting and routing
• Travel planning (Defense Travel System (DTS))
• Conference room coordination
• Office equipment and supply inventory maintenance
• Government timecard program (DAI) management
• Receipt and routing of office mail/correspondence
• Management of the task management (CATMS) system
• Assist in the execution of the office training program
• Responsible for inputting and managing databases as directed

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree; applicants with eight (8) years of related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
• Superior oral and written communication skills; excellent command of the English language
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook

Security Clearance:

• Active Secret

Salary Range: $50,000-$54,000

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of this position, with or without accommodation.

• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while working at a computer.
• Frequently operate standard office equipment, including computers and telephones.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, video conference, and email.
• Occasionally move about the office and lift up to 20 pounds.
